The purpose of my visit to the hotel was to explore Lucerne while enjoying a comfortable stay. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience, but the standout feature was the new bathroom facilities, which included a separate toilet and a shower. This attention to detail significantly enhanced my comfort. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the friendly staff.
